Crotched Mountain Ski and Ride

Cool little mountain with some decent terrain for a smaller Mtn. Slopes are very well maintained. Fun night skiing. Younger crowd here, keep your head on a swivel, kids here will B line it 6" from you. Much better than Wachusett IMO. However, they dont seem to open Jupiter Storm up top for some reason? which is probably the most difficult trail and where I'd prefer to be. Not sure if there's a reason, haven't asked. Just seems strange to keep one of your best trails closed after multiple heavy snowfalls..

Took my three kids to Crotched for two days this past weekend for their first ski lessons. The instructors were amazing, especially patient with the 3 year old who has had a hard time taking to ice skating. They had him turning by day 2. My 8yo was skiing on her first day and my 6yo was right behind. The instructors kept me updated on their progress both days and I was able to swing by and check in throughout and watch them learning. The team at Crotched is amazing.

I've loved this place for years when they had midnight madness weekly and went until 3am! But even now, the place is still awesome to be at... and it's because of the people that work here. From Stephen and the helpful people in the shop, to Lauren helping my 6yr old get signed up for her first ski lesson, the tune-up crew, the bar baddies, and the patient ski school instructors... Everyone there really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience!

Took a group lesson with Bryan & Ryan. They took care of Armando & Jeremy since they were novices and ensured they got a solid foundation to hit the slopes. They were amicable and fantastic instructors! Everything about this resort was great. Every staff member we encountered was cheery and ensured we were taken care of. Special shout out to the repair team. My binding snapped on a run and they were able to swap if out asap. A well kept secret for a reason! Will definitely be coming back, especially for their night events!

My son and I went riding at crotched mtn for the first time yesterday and we're in love. Such a cool spot, perfect for him because he's still learning but still some good terrain for me as an experienced snowboarder. The whole place is lit up to 9 p.m, the conditions were great and I thought the staff to be friendly and chill. This is definitely one of our new favorite spots.
