Crossed Palms

Super swanky extra swell place! Since we moved in they have increased the quality of the roads and grounds, installed fire pits next to the lake and stage, had a concert with free food, and opened an on site convenience store that serves amazing food at cost! So far we have had Cajun chicken Alfredo, sloppy joes, and a chili dish with rice and cheese that IMHO was the best yet! I highly recommend anyone who reads this stay far away though so I can keep all this awesomeness for myself BWAhahahahahahahaha! Edit 17JAN23: they seem to be attacking the sound wall of trees between us and the powerplant (see pics of the view from our camper) so if you are noise sensitive you might wait till phase two gets completed to see if the situation improves. We live here. It is quite. The neighbors are friendly and we have a convenience store with a kitchen where Annette cooks different tasty meals we can purchase if we don't have time or don't want to cook. We each have wooden fences around our lots as well at a reasonable price. You are not going to find that everywhere. No age restriction on your RV as long as they are well kept. Come join our community.

We just moved in last month.one of the main reasons is because the RV lots have concrete slabs and are pretty level unlike the RV park we were staying at across the street . it had very large gravel.my RV took up the back half and I had to park on the front half every time I had to get in my truck it would hurt My feet really bad unless I had my heavy duty steel toe boots on.there was no privacy fence.if you wanting that it was 800 a month instead of 650 a month.i did enjoy staying there.14 months then I started getting sick off and on things started getting kind of bad because I was not able to work and we had to ask the church to help us pay the rent God came through like he always does.also the transmission went out in my truck and had to come up with the deductible my part 1600 hundr

Absolutely great place. We got here when it first opened up and could not be happier. The owner, management, and employees have all worked hard to create a beautiful community with a family atmosphere. From the diversity of the residents here to the friendliness of our neighbors Crossed Palms has become a community that is second to none. People here actually look out for and try to help each other and while there will always be those who choose to complain, no matter how great a place is, this resort is about as good as it gets and is only getting better as time go on. The location is perfect and sits out in the country next to lake lavon. Thank you to the ownership and manager Lindsey for continuing to make this place a wonderful community. -#202

My brother lives here. They always keep it clean and friendly. It's nice to see they have free washer and dryers for the little community. They have fenced in areas for some that want that and some that are divided by a fence for privacy. That's cool to see. I think other places should take note of what cross palms has done. My hat goes off to you.
