Cross city Motel

I wouldnt even give this place the tip, of a star. Horrible customer service. I stayed here before (it is the cheapest hotel in town don't judge me) and my God. Bathroom stinks beyond belief. No hot water. We just kept that door closed unless emergencies. Beside fred lives there (Fred is the 3 inch palmetto bug that lives in the shower{wish I was kidding}) at this point in the review I am now calm so I'm gonna just stop here for now. Will update

I got there at 3:00 had booked with VIO after waiting 20 minutes the “manager” comes out tells me he doesn’t have a reservation and doesn’t do business with VIO but will give me the same price but I have to pay again then tells me VIO is scamming me makes a phone call that no one answered and said see they scammed you I could tell he was the one doing the scamming so I left the property and contacted VIO told them he refused me a room with out payment and wanted a refund after hours of back and forth they tell me the manager said I was never at the hotel the whole thing is a scam he wanted to get paid from VIO and make me pay double or not have a room. VIO helped him scam me by not giving me a refund. Had to find another place instead of being more of a victim. So VIO and the hotel b

This the worst place I have every stayed at. 1. There is no office had to wait for owner to come. 2the site on booking .Com &Expedia show breakfast include no there's not 3 . the room smelled very musty. 4 there is a hole in the screen in the bathroom . No hot water no soap in bath. Not enough towels no face clothes or hand towels. 5 The furniture looks like was picked up from roadside. Overall this was not what was advertised and the worst place we every stayed at.

I've stayed here before and the manager is very understanding and rooms are clean. Recommend if your looking for somewhere to stay in Cross City. Looks a little run down with the tall grass but just needs cut.
