Crest-Hill & Stratford Motels

Think funky late 60’s-early 70’s vibe. Stayed in mid-Oct 2024. Room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable. Fit my needs perfectly for a quick visit near Avon. Janice and her dog Bailey were great hosts.

As Seniors on a budget, we were happy to see good reviews for this low cost motel a mere half hour from family whom were visiting in Rochester. We stayed on the Stratford side in a room which was large and clean with two amenities, a small flat screen TV and a fridge. We were disappointed that a coffee maker wasn't included but there was a convenience store across the highway (less than a 5 minute walk) and the coffee was hot and fresh at 7 a.m. We didn't need a microwave, but some people might see it as essential. The two queen size beds were comfortable. The AC worked great during a hot weekend. The bathroom was dated but spotless and well stocked with towels. Obviously it’s not going to be as nice as a Ritz Carlton but this motel serves its purpose. The front desk woman is super nice and so is her dog. Me and my baseball team stayed here for a weekend. No one had any complaints. They even provided room service which was a nice touch. Double rooms are much larger than the single rooms.

Me, mom and nephew stayed this past Friday night, nice quaint place, room is great, no noise, no street lights, very clean, the owner is nice and sweet and loveable, dog lets u pet it, i definitely would go stay again

Don't go by the pictures that are posted. Interior is back from the 70's, I'm not talking design. The whole place is run down and not very clean. The owners are very nice, but it seems as this place is to much for them to maintain by themselves. I gave a 1 star only because the wife was very nice. Can't believe that a health inspection hasn't been done on this place. It would not pass. Old wiring, furniture, rug, curtains and I could go on but you should get the picture
