Creeper Trail Campground Inc

My partner and I visited for my birthday and it was perfect. The most gorgeous location, so many birds and butterflies. The bathrooms and so comfortable and clean, and the showers are divine. The best campsite bathrooms I've ever been in. Johnny the camp owner & manager was so helpful and friendly. Hopefully next time we'll get to meet his wife and co-owner!

Best campground in the area! The grounds are well kept and so beautiful, the owners live onsite and maintain a wonderful vegetable and flower garden. The bathrooms are clean and decorated appropriately rustic. Campsites are spacious with either a private wooded area or scenic overlook each with its own picnic table and fire ring. Its very quiet and peaceful with a sky full of stars to gaze at every night. Will definitely stay again!

This place was absolutely amazing! The sites are spacious and clean, with wonderful views. The owners are on-site and super friendly. They cook breakfast foods and pizza in their cafe and its all home-made. The bathrooms and showers were super clean throughout our stay This campground is on the smaller side, which we loved- and it's quiet. It's very convenient to the Creeper Trail and Grayson Highlands State Park. We had the BEST time here and highly recommend it; we will certainly be back!

We had 12 family members in our group. It is a breathtaking location on top of the mountain and I enjoyed the mornings talking with the owner about the history of the campground. The bathhouse was great and enjoyed by all after a long day on the creeper. Sites were well kept and clean and the view in the morning and at night was perfect. We will be back.

Best campground ever! The owners are super friendly, accommodating, inclusive, and go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy and enjoying their stay. The bathrooms were nicer than mine at home. The store had excellent convenience options for food, snacks, firewood, etc. The cafe was DELICIOUS and even had vegan options (oat milk for lattes and vegan pizza). Juno is an incredible chef. The sites were a great size and the view of the stars was incredible. If you are hiking Grayson Highlands, this is the place to stay and is way better than the camp there. We didn’t want to leave and we will be back with more friends and family.
