Craigville Beach Inn

Well situated near Hyannis, but not too close to the hustle-bustle, Craigville was a great choice. The rooms were clean and well cared-for, the beds were very comfortable, and the amenities were sufficient for what we wanted. Being a motel, parking was easy. Near the Craigville beach, it offered a shuttle bus to eliminate the need to drive. ||I almost never write about the staff (and I don’t usually even read people’s comments), but I have to commend the desk staff for going way above and beyond with our multiple changes. Thank you very much!

Great spot! Loveliest staff. Very accommodating. The ice machine is clutch for your beach cooler on those hot days. The pool & backyard are a private break from the beach and there's ice cream right across the street. This is a hidden gem on the Cape. 10 out of 10 TOTALLY recommended.

Very average accommodation with dirty rooms. The location is convenient for those interested in going to the beach. However, my review is reflective of the management. I had my phone stolen on the property, and attempted to work with the inn’s manager who was out of town the day of the theft. I waited 2 days to review video footage as to understand who stole my phone. It was clearly stolen as I had screenshots from the ‘Find My IPhone’ app with my phone located at a nearby home I never visited. The staff did not believe that my phone was stolen and were extremely rude to my family and I. The manager, Lauren, was very adamant that phones don’t even get stolen anymore. I even saw her receive a message saying “I’m sorry you came back to such a shit show. I bet the phone wasn’t even stolen”.

Great location, clean rooms, and best value in the area. Easy walk to beach and short drive to Hyannis. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Pool is excellent - good temperature and towels, bathrooms, and toys available. Continental breakfast has wide varieties of fruits, cereals, granola bars, and yogurts with coffee, tea, and water. Grounds are pretty and tidy with hanging and potted plants. Plus, right across the street from Four Seas, a classic Cape ice cream stand! Been coming here for years, highly recommend.

Just wanted a clean, affordable place to lay my head while visiting family and friends in the off-season, and this motel filled the bill. Nothing fancy, and I didn't use many of the services so can't comment on them, but if all you want is a place to take a break from the day's activities and sleep soundly, it's great. (Note that some of the services are not available before Memorial Day, but that's reflected in the price.)
