Covered Wagon Travel Trailer Park

Just be aware if you’re thinking about living here. The manager Julie is rude and has a mean attitude. And she turns off the water without informing anyone in the park. So it’s difficult to do anything at home because the water randomly shuts off for hours. Especially the fact that they turn it off early in the morning when you’re getting ready for work. I find that very careless and inconsiderate.

The managers are both rude! They act superior to the tenants and they don't bother to fix problems that residents ask them to fix. I rented from them and once my bathroom was not fixed so I asked if they can do anything, the manager gave me a snarky attitude and told me to just talk to the maintenance people (who don't know how to fix anything!) on my own time! Their two big dogs almost attacked my small dog and they began to yell at me! They don't bother to tell people to lower their music in the middle of the night. Way overpriced for small housing.

I can’t even start on how this park is. For one, the trailers are way over priced and they need a lot of TLC. Both managers Stephanie and David that run the place are rude. David, loves to cause problems with any little thing and he harassed me and my family over my car parked on the side of the road saying it was “in the way”. He also said if I didn’t get it moved that he was gonna get it towed and kick my family out. What gives him the right to knock on my door at 7am over a parked car? He is disgusting and rude. Don’t get me started on his wife. His wife is very very rude, she answers the phone with a rude comment and when we needed maintenance with our bathroom she told us to go to their public showers, UM!? If I am paying rent, not to mention we were paying 750, you want me to shower

RUDE FROM HELLO!!!! With the reviews already given to this location, you would think they would at least start trying to answer the phone in a more polite manner. INSTEAD YOU GET SNAPPED AT BY SOMEONE YOU HAVEN'T EVEN HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF MEETING! Good luck if you book here.

The main person in the office haily is VERY RUDE.very poor customer service at this park wish Dave and steph were still here.there were so much nicer and easier to talk to then haily.
