Courtyard by Marriott Miami Coconut Grove

Outstanding customer service! Long story short, we had an Airbnb booked down the street from this hotel and when we entered the unit - it was occupied by someone else! We weren’t able to get a hold of the host and had to find somewhere else to stay - at 2 am. After trying multiple other hotels with no success, Marriott, and Goliath (the night desk agent), came to our rescue. Not only was he able to accommodate our need for a three night stay (we got the last room), but he did not gouge us on the price when we were certainly in a desperate situation. Aside from the excellent service, from Goliath and everyone else we dealt with, the hotel room and common areas were very clean and the hotel itself in a great location walking distance to everything. I highly recommend this Marriott.

This place just keeps getting better every time I visit. The staff is incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. Natalie was wonderful during check-in and even upgraded my room, such a thoughtful surprise. And the coffee by Darrin and Emmanuella is truly next level, made with so much care and love. This was my third visit and I already can’t wait to be back again very soon!

Very disappointing stay. Even with my Marriott Bonvoy credentials and hotel with plenty of rooms with a view available. I was put in the smallest room I have ever stayed in. With a view of a parking garage. Very disappointed in the destination fee for what and usage of a credit? Great location and staff. Wished there was better communication on room arrangements. Instead of what was shared online. Do better

I had a fantastic time at this location. The amenities are great and the staff were all genuinely friendly and helpful. The location was superb! Great area to get out and go walking/jogging in the mornings. It's close to numerous places for coffee and dining. My room was a bit small but good enough size for me on my own or one additional person. The room was also surprisingly clean compared to other places I've stayed. They provided additional wipes for your convenience, which was helpful during Covid. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

Good location, and the rooms are of decent size. However the bathrooms are tiny, including the smallest shower I've ever seen. And the decorations are really underwhelming for the price, mostly blank walls and the rooms feel cheap and unfinished as a result. So do the common spaces. Didn't feel worth the fairly exorbitant prices they charge.
