Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property while visiting the American dream mall. A short drive away with free parking. The room wasn’t anything fancy, but beds were very comfortable. Quiet. Appreciated having a refrigerator. Microwave in the lobby was helpful too. We utilize the grab and go breakfast at the Bistro in the morning. Gym has everything we needed. Great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The front desk staff—especially Avielina—was incredible. She was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make my cousin feel special for her birthday, even surprising her with a card and a little song. It truly made our stay memorable.||The staff at the bar and restaurant were also very friendly and attentive. Overall, great service and a great experience. Highly recommend!

​I’ve been a loyal Marriott guest for years—formerly an Ambassador Elite and currently Gold Elite—but this stay (Feb 28 – March 1) was a massive letdown. For a brand I usually trust, this property missed the mark in every category: ​Cleanliness: This was the biggest red flag. The room was not cleaned to a professional standard, which is a basic health and safety expectation. It’s unacceptable to walk into a room and feel like it hasn't been properly serviced. ​The Bed: A hotel’s primary job is to provide a good night’s sleep. The mattress here was in terrible condition—lumpy, uncomfortable, and left me exhausted the next morning. ​Zero Status Recognition: As a Gold member, I don’t expect the world, but I do expect the basic benefits and recognition promised by the Bonvoy program. Luis was so helpful when corporate was not. I was supposed to check in but due to arriving late into Teterboro and having to rush to catch a flight at Newark, I wasn’t able to check in at the hotel. I called corporate and they were going to charge a no-show fee and cancel the room so I wouldn’t be able to keep my room reservation. I called the hotel front desk and spoke to Luis and he was more than accommodating. He checked me in, told me all about the hotel, and said I would just need to show my ID at the desk when I arrived. This definitely put me at ease. Christopher was able to help me get to my room quickly when I arrived and all was good.
