Courtyard by Marriott Lebanon

The room is functional. My issue is they did not deliver on Marriott Rewards promise. Was told I was staying too many nights for the free upgrade I earned. The next morning when I asked for my complimentary bottle of water, I was told 2 stories. First we only get 1 at check in (no other Courtyard has limited me). I told them I didn't get one. Then they said they were out despite a refrigerator full of inexpensive Aquafina bottles (other Marriott properties gave me those before).

Amazing staff. I have been coming here for the past 3 years and Ruth is always serving with a smile. Alejandro started last year and he’s still here, which is great. He’s also always serving with a smile. So friendly and outgoing. Feels like family. They both always make sure everything is clean and everyone is always attended to. Will always come to this Marriott. Thanks so much 🙏

Positive: Front desk people were friendly and professional. The man and woman running the breakfast were pros at what they were doing... and friendly. Negative: Excellent choice.

Room was clean but bed was sagging in middle very uncomfortable. People in room next to us played loud music till 3 am. Didn’t sleep well.

Typical Courtyard by Marriott facility out in the suburban/rural outskirts located right off I-78. Try to get a room on the front side of the building, otherwise if you're in the back,you will probably hear I-78 trucks beginning at 6am till about 11pm. The rooms are clean, the beds and pillows verycomfortable. After 11pm, I slept well for both nights. The hotel was otherwise quiet even though there 3 weddings parties staying here that weekend. Front desk (Helen & Nina) were responsive and accommodating regarding distribution of wedding goodie bags and holding luggage after checkout.
