Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis West-Speedway

Room was clean and comfortable. I paid extra for breakfast and chose not to utilize it the second morning. Food was awful. Breakfast service was slow and food was cold. It's very normal for coffee to be available though the day, but not here, it had to be paid for. I might stay again, but I'd avoid counting on eating here.

Amazing hotel and amazing staff! Wonderful accommodations and great food. Wi-Fi was flawless. The manager (Melo) was amazingly courteous and professional while helping me with some challenges involving my reservation. Highly recommend! Will definitely be staying here for my next visit to Indianapolis! Thank you Melo!

Positive: the set up of room was so nice! having the bed on the bathroom wall was a great idea! made the room feel more spacious and like we were staying at a luxury hotel. Negative: it would have been nice to also have tea bags and not just coffee in the room

The rooms are new and nice. They did a good job with housekeeping. It was interesting to see their lack of interest in cleaning the snow from around the handicap spots. I mentioned that to them and the spots stayed covered until the weather changed. I felt like I was in danger when I left at 330am as all of the lights in the lobby were off and there was someone sleeping on the couch. A homeless person was in the entry way with a long piece of rebar or something. I’m not sure what kind of stuff is going on during the over night hours.

Stayed well over 800 nights in Marriott brand and this is one of the best Courtyards I have been to in a while. Brenda at the front desk was fantastic and the rooms were updated, clean, and quiet even on a night it seemed like a lot of people were staying here. Tons of food in the area and a Tesla supercharger right next door. This is my new favorite hotel near the airport to catch those early flights!
