Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Northwest

No internet. The hotel made me call the internet provider to troubleshoot their internet issues. On the phone with these people for 25+ mins just to have the channels and internet go out. I was told this would be escalated to Front desk and I would receive a call. Never happened. Sat in a room on Valentines day with no TV. 100.00 down the drain.

Staff was professional and helpful. We had to leave just after we checked in because of the weather, my husband had to leave as soon as possible before the storm started. We didn’t get a refund. The hotel is like 20 minutes away from the airport.

Positive: Close to attractions needed for the weekend, and had a lot of food options around. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean! Negative: The water pressure was low in the shower, and the fridge did not get very cold. However for an overnight stay it was great.

The staff was wonderful, the room clean, albeit there was an unusual perfume smell when we first entered. The king bed was comfortable. No 5 stars because breakfast was not included.

Charged $600 even though 16 families showed the front desk it was only $347 since we paid an $87 deposit. Manager was no help. Blamed the sales office and wouldn’t show proof of contract that $87 was not part of the deposit. 16 families charged $600 when it should have been $450. Terrible customer service ! Never once apologized for the inconvenience and said it was up to us to call even though their sales office coordinated with the 3rd party company and accepted the reservation and contract!!!!
