Well at least the staff was great! The 'newly renovated ' room I ended up in was not as described with a tub with jets. Stand up shower only. And no fridge was a head turner, kind of like the 90° angle of the bed to the TV that had minimal channels and zero local channels. We tried it and will likely not be coming back. Sad because it has great potential and is located in a good spot.

Absolutely terrible rooms. They would make Super 8 blush. Far from the Marriott standard. Stained mattresses, broken electrical outlets, wallpaper peeling from walls in hallways. DO NOT stay here. Hyatt just down the road is worth the extra money.

My first room didn’t have a working remote. Then the toilet didn’t flush. I was moved to another room. The remote didn’t work. I couldn’t call the front desk because the phone didn’t work. Both rooms had stained couches. Even if they weren’t stained, they were terribly uncomfortable. The curtains were very wrinkled. The young man at the front desk was polite and accommodating. I do not recommend anyone staying at this location.

My family stayed recently 10/17-10/19/2025 for a softball tournament. We arrived Friday to find out the pool was not open( nothing on the reservation stated that) our room had no phone, no smoke detector, wires exposed, a huge stain on the box spring going up into the mattress. Had to go to front desk to complain and ask for linen for the sofa bed. The front desk receptionist was super nice and apologized and moved us to another Room on the same floor. This room had a phone and smoke detector, but I found a dirty sock next to our bed, along with a very very fossilized hash brown in a McDonald bag under the pull out sofa bed. The ice machine didn’t work on the floor we were on and the floor above us. We had no toilet paper in our room, when I tried to ask housekeeping, The lady didn’t spea
