Staff at desk during check-in and check-out very friendly, efficient and professional. Room was fine, sleep quality good, noise level low. |The Bistro experience was average at best. The one employee taking orders, delivering orders, cleaning tables, etc was overworked, stressed and rather cool towards the customers. The yoghurt parfait was good, the breakfast croissant was mostly not eatable. It was hard and dry and not fresh. Price for breakfast was excessive. Yoghurt parfait, breakfast croissant, one drip coffee and one tea including a modest tip came to $35. |In summary, this a decent choice for an overnight stay connected with airport travel. Skip the restaurant, there are other choices within walking distance.

Very convenient and well-appointed hotel for small meetings. Staff were very courteous and helpful, and responded immediately to any of our requests. The food was good, although somewhat basic and not full restaurant service. We weren't expecting that, though, so weren't disappointed. The were plenty of reasonable selections for breakfast and dinner and we certainly couldn't complain. I was impressed with the kitchen and seating area for cleanliness. This is a great place with really easy access to the airport (10 minutes, max). They provide frequent, no cost shuttle service as well. Rates were reasonable. We would stay again.

People and their hang ups! Like I always say one bad seed could spoil your whole company. Me and my daughter checked in after 12am and the desk clerk was very upbeat and pleasant. He told me the airport shuttle leaves every 15 minutes from 3-10am. I went to the lobby to get on the shuttle @ 4:08am. I walked outside seen the driver wiping the window. I asked him was he leaving at 4:15 he said yeah. I stood there in the cold waiting for him to open the door. He never did. A white man walks out and walk up to the van he greeted him and opened the door but the man said he wanted to stand outside and just put his luggage in the back. I said to the driver I have been standing here in the cold waiting to get on… He says with a demeaning nasty attitude that you should have stayed inside where it w

Lovely staff work here, it makes a huge difference. Good location close to airport. Nice rooms and the restaurant has good food options and wine. But that gym is a trainwreck. More than two people and it's packed. For as busy as this hotel is the gym needs to be twice the size and there is plenty of availability space to steal from the lobby. Hopefully 2026 they change it up because it doesn't work now.

Standard Courtyard location and rooms, but horrible service. I'm a titanium member, the front desk never offered an upgrade and never offered me the option for my status reward. The morning of my checkout I found a paper on rental car, I had not noticed the small QR code signs posted on some light poles in the parking lot - I was supposed to scan them and pay for parking. There was no gate on the lot, and the front desk never mentioned the need to scan the code and pay for parking when I checked in. Because of this, there was an extra $5 service charge to the already ridiculous $21 parking fee. When I asked the front desk why they don't mention / remind people that they need to scan and pay for parking during the check in process, the person pointed to a small sign at the end of the count
