I stayed here with my friends as a part of our summer road trip back in August. The room was clean and looked the same as the photos when booking. The self parking was easy and simple with lots of space. Some features/items seemed a bit older or outdated but that’s just personal preference. Overall a great stay!
Great location near the airport and the cruise port. It is also close to a large shopping area that has many restaurants within walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I was able to use the shuttle to get to the cruise ship in the morning and I saved a few bucks. I would highly recommend this place for a short visit before heading to the ship for a cruise.
We came up for a last minute preseason Celtics game. |This hotel is literally right across the street. |This hotel is rated 5 stars due to the customer service we received upon checkin and checkout by Tony. |He makes you feel so special and energetic that it made the whole experience a blast.|The hotel itself isn’t a 5 star hotel but it is clean and the location to the Garden is steps away. |Thank you Tony and keep up the positive energy- it makes a difference!
I recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Boston – South Boston, and it was a great experience overall. The staff were very friendly and professional, making check-in and checkout easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.The location is convenient for getting around the city, though it’s a bit outside the main downtown area. The gym and Wi-Fi were both reliable, and parking was straightforward.The only downsides were that the bistro closed a bit early and there weren’t many late-night dining options nearby. Still, it’s a solid choice for anyone visiting Boston who wants comfort and good service at a reasonable rate.
The only reason I gave it 3 Stars ⭐️ due to my experience did get better with a male staff member who really was Awesome when I checked out. I would not stay here again due to the misleading breakfast description from the Marriott app and a grumpy front desk attendant who made my stay uncomfortable. This hotel provides only breakfast vouchers that the selection is very limited. No complementary waters,coffee or tea. The menu advised of vegan item and restaurant did not carry that item. Desk attendant either was having a bad week or this was her attitude when working the front desk. If you get Giselle, show her my review. She was very hostile and argumentative that I didn’t deserve x amount of Breakfast vouchers when I did pay for them through the Marriott app. Advised of the dirty t
