Courtyard by Marriott Bethesda Chevy Chase

This is my second time in this hotel with my wife, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention. Great location. Easy check-in effort with friendly staff. Room was clean and well-maintained.The experience at this establishment surpassed all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with an amazing atmosphere and warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met. The service was top-notch, with every detail carefully attended to. The food was simply outstanding, with each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. Every bite was a delight to the senses! We come to this hotel a few times a year for our business meetings and the service is outstanding. It is close to DC and there are great restaurants within walking distance.||I would like to recognize one person in paticular by the name of Domingo. Every morning he delivers outstanding customer service in the restaurant and he really made my team feel special. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I attended a Retirement Planning event held at the Courtyard by Marriott, which included dinner. The food quality was simply awful, steak was so tough it was practically inedible. My wife ordered salmon which was flavorless, clearly frozen rather than fresh, and a tiny portion. Veggies were also overcooked. Mashed potatoes and chocolate cake dessert were pretty good, salad was OK. I will give the management some grace recognizing that the major snowstorm a few days prior may have disrupted their food supply chains. That is why I generously gave a 2-star review rather than the deserved 1-star. But honestly if they could not fulfill their contracted commitment to serve decent food, the hotel should have come clean and asked that the event be postponed. Weather factors do not explain

We've stayed at many different Marriott hotels, but this one was by far the best. Our room was ready early; the room was lovely with good closet and drawer space, and even a nice view. We loved the couch and also the fact that the coffee was in its own "area". The bath was a good size. The fitness center was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, knowledgeable, helpful, and always there to answer questions. Coffee and hot water always available. This location offers so much in terms of being close to the subway, on the bus line, and near restaurants, shops, etc. The housekeeping staff were also friendly and did an excellent job. Quinton is an amazing and provided excellent customer service throughout my business stay. He went above and beyond to support and accommodate my business needs to print and provide assistance so I could be prepared for my meetings throughout the day. I recommend this hotel for anyone needing to handle business and enjoy leisure in the DC area. I plan to stay here and appreciate the service!
