Courtyard by Marriott Antioch Pittsburg

Hotel service is good. But so far the best of it is the bartender. My husband and I go back for a drink from time to time. Her name is Lina, she makes the best drinks in the area. Let her know what you like and she won't disappoint you. So nice and friendly. Signature drink, "Lemon Drop" !!! You'll love it ❤️

I am writing to formally report a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. Upon check-in, I was assisted by a young woman — a heavyset African-American associate — who provided phenomenal service. She was professional, courteous, and set a positive tone for the start of my stay. I want to commend her for her outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, the following morning, my experience took a drastic turn for the worse. I was assisted by a person who identified as a manager, and the level of professionalism was unacceptable. Their communication was unclear, their demeanor was rude, and I felt disrespected as a guest. This treatment was extremely disappointing, especially as a Marriott member with status. Regardless of whether a stay is booked with a discount or paid in full,

The hotel is beautiful with great amenities. Wish I could hangout in their state of the art lounge areas. Maybe work from there. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Loved the bartender Lina, always making great drink suggestions. This is such a great addition to Pittsburg, and soo close to Bart!

Its a brand new hotel, not exactly sure how new, but it's clear that everything is new. It's RIGHT across the street from BART (no more than a 5mn walk) which might be handy, unfortunately also right across from the freeway. While the rooms are well sound proofed, road noise can still be heard. Otherwise the rooms are standard modern affair. Don't love the Marriott-no-door-shower but ... it seems to be their standard... so such is life. The lounge is nice and open. If you're not a fan of what they have or their "Proudly Brewed Starbucks" then you're in luck, there is a Starbucks literally in the parking lot ... no more than 100 ft from the front door. Hotel is clean and rooms are nice, albeit a little weird with the layout. Staff is very friendly. Location is convenient, but the outside noise is very loud pretty much around the clock.
