Courtyard by Marriott Albion

The rooms are are immaculate! Kudos to the housekeepers. The location is nice, there is a Hungry howie's which is a life safer late at night. Service is phenomenal! Every person at the front desk was welcoming and pleasant. A receptionist, Brandi, was there late at night. Despite how late it was, she was kind, helpful, fantastic, very professional, and deserves a !!MAJOR!! raise. I don't think I've ever had better customer service at a hotel. These workers are criminally underpaid for the quality of service they provide, and for what they have to put up with. Please consider staying here, and treat your receptionist well because they absolutely deserve the best treatment 👍👍

Worst experience ever! They borrowed toilet paper from other rooms because they'd run out! Stayed for several months due to house fire & was overcharged by $2800!!! Other guests we're just being very loud & rude & after complaining to management many times, nothing gets done correctly! The manager gave us a direct price & lied & didn't stick to it! Will NEVER stay again & they should be ashamed of themselves, treating guests this way... VERY POORLY RUN!!!

I have stayed at this property in the past and was very satisfied; which, I suppose, is why I returned. Maybe this was an off weekend, maybe the property is slipping. When we arrived the lobby was full of sports team parents, trash everywhere - in the lobby, in the hallways. Not very welcoming, but hey, these days sports teams are everywhere. That said, our room was clean and comfortable, the evening was quiet. What tipped this for me was the stench of marijuana in the elevator the next morning. Unappealing. I do not expect at Courtyards.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The manager was very unprofessional. She hides out in the office and tells the staff her Daughter to tell the customers she's not there, only to come out 5 mins later an say well I've been hiding because of my work load it's time for audits.

Second stay here both times no liquid bath soap. Great service. Rooms are fairly clean. Has a little bristo located in lobby. Walking distance to some nice local places.
