Good place to stay. Owners and workers are very friendly and helpful. Close to a gas station, subway, and Mexican restaurant.

Looking for a place to stay in Grand Haven while here on business. There is not a lot to pick from in this area and found the Courtesy to be|Pretty good for the price. An old style hotel with good thick block walls. Could not hear any noise from any of the adjoining rooms. While this is an older property I found it to be very well-maintained and very clean. The managers Lisa and Eric seemed like they wanted to do everything they could to make my stay good. They even provided me with a space heater when the heating unit in my room started to act up on me. DirecTV lineup provides plenty of channels on television. I found the mattress in my room to be of very good quality. Really not a bad spot for a no-frills type motel. Would definitely stay here again. Good value for the price.

The room was okay it could have been cleaner but not bad. The guy running the office was pretty cool and helpful. The location is all right it's right here between my house and my mom's house. I had to stay there for a couple days while I ran out on my husband

the gas station next to the motel is 2nd cheapest. so ive been at the courtesy motel since the last week of october 2018 it is now january 2019 the price aint bad i pay biweekly for me and my fiance the employees are friendly they are very understanding and work with you. lisa who is one of the employees here is hard worker,she is friendly she even makes you feel like family if you need something she will go get it for you right away. you get a 10% discount at the subway next door as long as you bring your key for proof it is quiet here at courtesy motel rooms are clean, the water does smell but thats the sulfur and they warn you ahead of time but its not there fault its the citys. luckly there is a gas station and store right next door not expensive either.has cable,a fridge,mircrowave,la

It was getting late, motels in the area were very expensive for the peak of the summer season, and I just needed a place for one night.||The manager was very friendly and solicitous. Rates were very reasonable, compared to national chain motels.||The room was very spacious; so was the bathroom, and the shower was *enormous*. The room was very dated. Not a problem if you just need a good night's sleep.||I had a refrigerator, which was very handy; and plenty of channels on cable.
