Drove 4 hours to get a room just to be told that we can’t stay due to me not having my ID I even had a photo of it and still declined service booked the room in advance was told by desk clerk we couldn’t stay two nights without ID and that we would only be able to stay one night then changed his mind and said we’re unable to stay at all requested refund was asked to go through third party which I don’t know how true that’s but it was annoying that he was being so hot headed about also re-entered the building after finding a second place for me to go since I did not have my ID that was willing to check me in with a photo ID wouldn’t let the person who booked the room even go in since I was still on property, even though he still had to unload items from my vehicle so he refused to let him e

This place is trash and overly priced. $74 for a room that uses uhaul moving blankets on the bed, has a fridge that doesn't work, and a toilet that's broken. Oh yeah the broken tiles with black mold in the bathroom really add a nice touch. Also no phone in the room and no wifi. Don't stay here. If you're going to spend that much money go across the street to the comfort inn or go down the road a few miles and stay at a clean Motel 6 for $50. Also my fiancé found the cap to a hypodermic needle under the one bed...I don't even want to know what is under the other beds

Stay there several days no room service no ice.5 channel on TV.Furniture is Strait out of the fifties. The room I had smelt like it had been boarded up for a year or more.

What room? Booked a room online to stay a few days went to the hotel said there was no room and they don't take reservations why have a website that takes reservations then

Clean big rooms, customer service is excellent!!! Also have U-Haul RENTAL OPEN 24 hours location is great..Family run Hotel feels like home!!
