One of the nicest Parks I've ever visited. The people are so friendly and accommodating I highly recommend this place

Very nice and quiet RV park! Spots: Concrete pads with full hookups. Plenty of space to grill and have canopies out. TV/Internet hookups but you must pay for your own internet or TV if you want them. Neighbors: Everyone was very quiet and polite. Very clean. Most of the renters are working on local projects. On site laundry: We didn’t use the laundry house, but it looks nice and clean. Pet friendly: Plenty of doggy bag signs for walking your pet. The owners are very polite and courteous! We will definitely be back if we’re in the area for work again! Location: 5 minutes from a HEB, Walmart, Lowe’s, and lots of fast food. Local restaurants deliver to the campground too! It’s right off the highway but the highway is never loud enough to be bothersome. Rent: Fair priced, monthly is rate

Very quiet place to live. Clean lot. Nice laundry mat. Very nice owners.

This place (Texas Pride Bar & Grill) hasn't opened up yet, but the owner allowed me to go inside and check it out. Looks really nice. Looking forward to when they open up. Very modern. The best thing about this "This is a NO SMOKING BAR" Finally a place where you can enjoy a cold beer a great burger and you don't have to worry about the inbred next to you blowing smoke in your face and on your clothes. Great job owner...

Owner lives onsite and keeps the place immaculate. Super quiet park, no noisy kids or pets running around.Communication on the part of the owners about billing and moving times are quick and professional! The lady working the office is super nice as well. Highly reccomend, only thing I wish they would add is cover or some kind of shade to reduce the electrical cost of cooling the trailers. 5/5 stars currently live and and plan on continuing to do so for some time.
