I really want to give 5 stars, because I see so much potential with this newly built rv park and they were so accommodating…But, there were a few issues. We are military moving from San Diego, to the East coast. The pull-through site fit our dually with 45’ 5th wheel AND my fathers dually with 35’ enclosed trailer. After calling ahead to see if there was availability, I was told to choose a site after arriving and pay online. However, the online site would not allow me to book same day, around 7pm. I ended up booking for the following night and attaching a note to explain. The dates on the receipt now conflict with another stay and may cause issues with our military travel claim. The ground is still a bit soft and big rigs can have issues at night, if not being mindful of where the gravel
My husband and I are workampers traveling from an east coast to west coast position, so my review is based on having worked at many many campgrounds. We are also traveling around Christmas which is a tough time of year for campgrounds. The site was spot on level so that was great because the ground is still a little soft so leveling could have been a challenge, but wasn't. The temperature was nice so we left our windows open for the nice evening air...BIG MISTAKE...the campground is close to a railroad line. A very active railroad line, and because it's near a crossing, every train must sound it's whistle multiple trains(more than 8)and multiple whistles is not conducive to a good night sleep. It's super quiet, and the scenery is beautiful. The owners are so nice. Spacious and full hookups. Really good pricing as well.
A wonderful place to stay, anytime I need to ask a question or need help with anything it was a quick response, nice lovely atmosphere and I stay there for 9 months with no issues, the staff was wonderful 😊
This place is great and very affordable with friendly owner/ managers . It's a good mic l mix between city and country living!!!
