There were holes on every wall from the previous tenants, we told the property manager about the constant drip from the kitchen faucet (never got fixed) the maintenance guy replaced our toilet and threw away the hook that my sons potty chair hung on without asking if it was ours. We had to deep clean before we moved in and we cleaned it when we moved out. It has been past the 30 days we had to wait to get our deposit back and every time we ask the property manager, it's an excuse on why she hasn't talked to him. I told her we'll just send a certified letter requesting the deposit back and she's now ignoring me. We were able to find out the name and address of the owner, turns out SHE lives in the trailer park. So we will be sending ba certified letter.
