Country Inn & Suites

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we checked in, we went to our room and found a closet with a smashed hole and exposed wood. We immediately informed the front desk, but they claimed they were aware of the issue and refused to move us. To make matters worse, they charged us for three people and two-thirds of the room keys didn’t work. The sheet under the bed was also not clean. When we raised our concerns with the manager, he was completely indifferent. He claimed to have been working there for 26 years and had never heard of exposed wood. He even suggested that we could still use the door, despite the danger it posed. He questioned why we hadn’t reported the issue the first night, but we had. The noise level in the room was also a major problem. We could hear everything,

I grew up in the columbus area and back then pickerington was a ritzy suburb of sorts. It's not as ritzy as it used to be. But you can say that about a lot of area's. The hotel has a little wear and tear on it but the updates are good. The room was very big with 2 tvs and 2 rooms. You can tell there used to be more furniture in the rooms. They actually have room to add a bigger sofa which would be really good, The tvs were nice. although the remote and channel guide are not user friendly to me at all. The bed was nice. The shower was nice. The toilet kept getting clogged like a lot of hotels. The area has a lot of walkable places to eat which is a plus. The breakfast was great! Biscut and gravey. Eggs and smoked sausage. One of the better free breakfasts i've had at a hotel in a while. I

The room was very clean and spacious; my family of four fit comfortably. The service in the lobby was excellent. The breakfast was very decent and offered a good variety. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel needed a makeover. It was somewhat run down from the exercise room, dining area that was not well kept and the room felt like a basement. Compared to other hotels in the area it was better for noise from the nearby Interstate.

I enjoyed my clean and updated room! I didn't get to enjoy a hot shower after a long day of driving, because the water never gets hot.
