Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, West Bend, WI

We rented two rooms. The first room was a suite. The tv in the main room didn't work. It couldn't connect to the internet so it was useless. In the second room the ceiling has dust all over it. Overall the place is ok for a cheap stay. However, I wouldn't stay here again.

We recently stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was clean and modern, and the staff was very friendly. I do have a few things that I would like to mention - on the first night that we stayed, the hot tub was closed but was to reopen at 8pm due to recent repairs and the water needed to come up to temp; no biggie as we were tired from travel anyway. The hot tub was open the next day, but as previous reviews have stated, the jets were not working and this was never fixed during our stay. Secondly, while I did not expect anything special for breakfast, I certainly did not expect that the exact same items would be served every day - scrambled eggs, sausage links & waffles, were the only hot items available. Lastly, and the most bothersome, while the hotel itself was kept clean, our room was not clea

Rooms are nice but if you are a day sleeper or night owl, forget it. The staff are making constant noise in the hallways , banging doors on the deadbolts, yelling back n forth at each other in whatever language. Absolutely Terrible if you are trying to relax or catch up on sleep. As a side point, for whatever reason, half the switches dont work in the room and they do not clear log in credentials if you watch Netflix or YouTube so make sure you do that yourself before you leave.

I had a pleasant stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in West Bend, WI. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the water pressure was good. The complimentary breakfast was also enjoyable, with a nice variety of hot and cold options to start the day. One nice perk that’s not mentioned on the website is that, although the hotel doesn’t have an on-site fitness center, guests can get a free pass at the front desk for the gym located nearby — a great option for anyone wanting to work out during their stay. A few minor issues: a couple of light bulbs in my room were burned out, my key card stopped working after the first night and needed to be reprogrammed, and my late checkout request was only extended by 30 minutes instead of the usu

We were there for 5 nights and housekeeping didn't even clean the room for 3 of them. One morning the eggs were so hard they were like styrofoam. Completely inedible. The line for the waffle maker was so long that we didn't have time before we had to leave to eat one of those.
