Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Mount Morris, NY

Perfect location, clean rooms, everything I needed for a phenomenal trip. It's about an hour from Niagara falls, but it's right near another breathtaking waterfall and park that's less crowded. Letchworth. Super close to antique shops, has a indoor pool and hot tub. Came last minute and the front desk was very accommodating. Best hotel we've ever stayed at.

Checking in was a breeze, pleasant service. Place was spotless. Huge room, great water pressure. Breakfast was equally impressive. Good variety and exceedingly clean. Overnight staff was tireless and patient as I struggled w room key. 10/10

For the price it was a good stay. The staff is welcoming and friendly. It gave us a good spot for our trip which was all about Letchworth and hiking. If you want, it is only 40 minutes up to Pittsford for a fun ride on the Erie Canal. A few decent places to eat in town and a surprise find outside the Castile gate (nice little diner which looks run down but has really good food). My demerits: they do not have any anti-slip grid in the bathtubs so be careful showering and no safe in the room. As for the hotels “breakfast”, it’s free and average. All in all the best place to stay if you are coming to the region to hike Letchworth.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay here. When we first walked in, there was a slight damp smell and we noticed a red stain on the carpet — at first it looked concerning, but turned out to be wine or something similar, definitely not blood! Aside from that, everything else was clean and well-kept. The bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus with plenty of options to start the day. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. It’s a good place to stay if you’re visiting Letchworth State Park.

The heater in room 205 makes a lot of noise while running. We had to not use the heat during our stay. However, we were allowed a late checkout which was very much appreciated. Making up for the heater issue. Thank you.
