Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Greenville, NC

I come to Greenville several times a month to take care of family matters, and I always stay here. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the location is perfect. But what stands out the most to me is the staff. They are incredibly kind and welcoming—honestly, I feel like they’re my friends at this point. When they learned that my brother had passed away, Danni and Chance surprised me with a bouquet of flowers. That simple act of kindness meant more than they probably realize. They truly are a breath of sunshine every time I walk through the door.

This had to be the worse hotel that I stayed at in 40 years. While the sheets & towels were clean and breakfast was good, that was the only positives. There was an issue with one of the beds which prevented two people from sleeping on it, the floor was so dirty your feet or socks were blackened within minutes, one of four lights were out in the bathroom, the towel bar was about to fall off the wall and the bathroom door was extremely difficult to close without slamming it. And to top it off, the hotel staff did not enforce a quite time from 9PM to 6AM. The room next to ours had a TV blaring all night long and it took multiple attempts to have the staff address the issue in the morning and we couldn't spend another sleepless night. The condition of this room was nowhere worth the price

Positive: The lady preparing the breakfast was very nice and efficient. This area appeared to be clean. Negative: The room was not very clean and the floor was filthy. The bathroom room plumbing was very poor. The tub did not have any non slip strips, it was very slippery. The faucet on the sink should have a longer spout to prevent overflow on the counter.

Very quiet and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The free breakfast with ready to make waffles, fresh fruit and even yogurt. The lady that worked in the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. So were the two check in and check out clerks that waited on us. No complaints here.

Lady at front desk on night if 11-1 was extremely nice and helpful to my family. Graciously moved to new room due to circumstances out of hotels control. Then workers on 11-2 AM helped look for a lost but not really lost item. Thanks for the feel of security this weekend.
