Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Green Bay East, WI

My family and I absolutely love staying here. Rooms are spacious and well kept and staff are friendly and the free breakfast is delicious. Just recently we booked a 1 night stay so my children could swim and enjoy a summer activity during the winter(swimming was our only reason for our stay). When we arrived at the hotel we had realized the pool was closed. We asked for a refund to stay elsewhere so we could enjoy swimming. I was informed the only way to get a refund was to contact the manager (he was off that night). I emailed him and told him our situation, the very next day I was pleased to see that he had responded and granted a full refund. The staff here go above and beyond for their renters. We will definitely return. Thank you Enrique(manager) and staff.

The rooms are nice size. Wish bathroom had a fan, would be nice to be able to see in mirror after taking a shower. Love that the pool area is so large and open the hours that it is. There were a few of us waiting for quite awhile in the lobby to check in. When the man showed up finally he continued to text on his phone and not care we were all waiting. But overall pretty happy with our stay.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it always meets our expectations. Easy to find location off a main highway with ample on site parking. We were close to several restaurants that were walkable. The AM breakfast has variety with healthy options. Beds were comfy. Front desk staff was awesome. Cookies in the late afternoon and coffee available. The pool with hot tub and outside sitting patio looked great but not enough time to use it. Would definitely stay here again ---

The rooms had a distinct smoke smell. We moved rooms and the second room was better, but not great. What I disliked the most was the waterproof matress pad. It squeaked, slipped around, and caused both my husband and I to sweat. I ended up sleeping on a towel over the sheet. The second room we moved to had a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. There were positives: Breakfast we good. The checkout staff was friendly. Location is very good just off the expressway and walking distance to restaurants.

I stayed here during a medical emergency and was told at check-in that I could shorten or adjust my stay with 24 hours’ notice due to the uncertainty of my situation. Relying on that assurance, I extended my reservation.||When I later tried to shorten the stay by just one day, the manager refused to honor what the front desk had told me and insisted I would have to pay an extra $221. He told me the front desk “had no right to tell me that,” became confrontational, hung up on me, and even threatened to remove me from the hotel — despite the fact that I remained calm and respectful.||Although the $221 was eventually refunded, the hotel first charged an early checkout fee they said would not apply. I had to call back and wait nearly four hours for resolution. This added unnecessary stress at
