Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Albertville near Outlet Mall

Nice place. Decent price. The place is petty nice. The only complaint is that we booked a bigger suite, but we still got one of those tiny cube fridges. It wasn't a huge issue because we also had our cooler. Family of 4, lots of beverages... 1st world problems, I know. We stayed there because of the proximity to the outlet malls. We'll definitely stay there again if the need ever arises.

Nice hotel. Sucked we were on the third floor though.. Room kind of had an odd smell but view was good. Breakfast was yummy. HVAC unit had mold all over it. Dusty ledges. Definitely could use a good deep cleaning of room

The CIS Albertville is always our first choice when booking western Minneapolis suburbs. It is clean comfortable and very well kept up. Staff is great. The only issue I have ever had with the hotel is finding availability sometimes - especially summer weekends! Be sure to book ahead!

Bathroom was dated--little counter space, flickering lights, peeling paint, and dirty vent. Adequate shower pressure and water temp. Mattresses were worn out, a bit squeaky, and pillows were very flat. Enjoyed the blackout shade. Fridge was quite small and needed cleaning on the inside. Didn't like no room service during visit (if no room service probably should provide a room discount?) and having to ask for towels (out of towels at the front desk as well as in the pool area when requested). Pool area was nice. Breakfast choices were underwhelming, especially compared to standard Country Inn comparison. Appreciated the staff--very friendly. Needed some better snow removal effort in parking lot and entrance to front door. Should have more than one working ice machine.

very clean and updated hotel, staff was excellent, always available and professional. Pool and hot tub clean and comfortable. Snack machines stocked, that was important during a blizzard, and breakfast had good choices and crispy bacon!
