Country Inn Motel

The room I stayed in was decent, clean, and accommodating. The service staff was very polite and courteous. The location is in an area where the police set their speed traps, so drive smart. However, you'll be right next to an Italian restaurant that serves good pizza. The prices are extremely affordable at the weekly rate.

My husband was working a contract job and we needed a place to stay , Country Inn was a perfect place. We had a two bedroom which gave us plenty of room. The price was very good and they allowed our cat. Staff was always friendly and what could have been a stressful time was not so stressful because of their hospitality. Date says 2011 we were there in 2008.

The last two weeks we stayed here and I would NEVER tell anyone to stay here. Not even if you had to. It was absolutely disgusting and we dealt with it for longer than we should’ve. Didn’t seem too bad at checkin, But then we went in our room and we’re met with the mildew smell coming from the black insides of the AC units that were falling off the walls. We had originally been told there was a “small mouse problem” but I didn’t think between the amount that we had caught and seen, it’d be upwards of 15+. They were in the walls, the cabinets, the sofa, the mini fridge, vents, etc. We had to board up the cabinets and limit what we had in our room, but it didn’t matter because they were literally chewing through the wall. We had to go elsewhere to shower because they apparently needed to pat

I won’t give a long post here (but check social media because we have plenty of detail there!) but the country inn motel is the NASTIEST and most life infested establishment I’ve ever stepped foot in. We had live maggots in the carpet upon entering the “two bedroom suite” and caught/killed EIGHTEEN MICE in 14 days. The mice infestation coupled with the mold and mildew in the a/c units was miserable. When we confronted the owners (who told us they had only seen one mouse) they simply told us there was NOTHING they could do. This is after letting them know two days into our stay that there was an infestation. The mice were NESTING IN THE MINI FRIDGE AND SLEEPER COUCH! Their website also falsely advertises prices.. the website states $375 per week including taxes. We were charged $400 per wee

I live here and have for awhile now.. I have to say that Andy the owner is great, as long as you're honest, he will help any way he can. He will give you the shirt off his back is it came down to that. His staff is great, office manager Sherri is wonderful.. great location and great place to stay with our without kids. Love the wildlife you get to see daily. Kuddos to country inn motel!!
