Country Inn

Stayed here for the Rodeo with the family, really loved the place. Loved the customer service up front. Loved the interior of the place. The giant Aquarium as soon as you walk in is great for kiddos. Loved the breakfast in the morning, Loved the recreational room that's open to everyone. Me and the son played cards in it in the evening. They even have a free access Computer for anyone who needs acess to the Net. Vending machine had a nice selection of Drinks and Snacks. Ice maker was wonderful. Rooms were clean. They even have a Fridge and Microwave in each room. Location is wonderful. Only bad thing is that the Desk in the room didn't have a chair to sit up to it. Will use them again any time I'm in Libby.

Okay, yes, it's an older motel, the rooms are "dated" and small, with a smallish television. BUT...the rooms are CLEAN and I'm pretty picky about cleanliness. Yes, I check the sheets, mattresses, toilets, shower and sink when I first get in the room. Yes, I have left a different establishment after checking a room. For the budget minded person, this place is CLEAN and QUIET. Stayed at Country Inn twice in the last few weeks. Same thing each time. CLEAN. Would absolutely stay here again.

I have stayed at the Country Inn on a few different occasions and have always been pleased. The staff is always friendly, and cute Shadow is waiting to greet everyone. On this last trip, I had a huge mom fail and left my child's favorite toy in the room. The staff called me, notifying me they found it in the room, and helped me get the toy shipped back to our house. It was amazing customer service, and a true testament of what you get in a small town, with family-oriented people! We will definitely be staying at the Country Inn every trip to Libby!

Rooms were clean and they did everything we needed from them. But this place was a hassle. First night we got to our room and is hadn't been cleaned yet so we had to get moved to a different room. The second room was clean and comfortable. The second night we had to move again and the room we got moved to had a broken door. The staff knew about this and when I asked to get moved they just told us to slam the door to get it to close. I asked to have it fixed and they sent a guy up and he fixed it pretty quickly. After the door got fixed the room worked fine. The rooms are nice for a cheap hotel but the whole deal was a pain in the butt.
