I went to the front desk in a panic! I couldn't find my bank card or my ID after checking in! T he gentlemen at the desk remained calm & assured me they'd check the security cameras. They were able to prove the cards had been returned. They were calm the entire ordeal despite the fact that I was completely freaking out. My cards were found, all ended up fine. Prety good place to stay. Had a lot of room and bathroom and vanity was larger than normal. Stayed in a smoke free room and did not smell smoke which is a plus. The pillows needed to be replaced and the bed was alright. Biggest downside was the staff. They weren't at the desk ever and when you press the bell that don't come. I would ring again and they would just come out of this room right there. I thought it was rude. Overall, I would stay again.

- no smoking room smelled very bad, and the sheets were clearly used in smoking rooms with cigarette holes and were generally pretty gross, one had a ton of different hairs everywhere and made me question whether it had been washed at all in the past week. Also a lot of hairs in other places too so clearly they don’t do good job cleaning. Pretty much everything in the room smelled gross. - smokers outside all the time so I hope you like the smell of cigarettes :) - the shower head was literally in the center of my back so have fun showering - many things were broken or in mediocre condition, like the toilet paper holder was broken and the shower didn’t seem to change temperature for me, but maybe I was just doing it wrong - very uncomfortable bed, good luck sleeping especially when it stor

This service was terrible. I stayed there for not even 10 minutes, saw stains on the sheets and the bathroom was dirty. When I called the front desk asking for a refund he said I could have a refund as long as I didn't use anything, which I didn't not having been there for that long. I asked for my refund and he went to check the room, which was understandable. He charged me $20 for there being a rinkle in the blanket on one of the beds. Then as I was about to leave saying "thank you for your help, have a nice day" He shushed me with a hand motion. Like, excuse me?? I would not recommend this place to anybody they have terrible service.

Bare bones but overpriced for level of comfort(if you could call it confort). Dead bugs on floor of bathroom. Bathtub beat up.Toilet roll dispenser broken. A?C noisy as all get out. You won't sleep if you have to run it. Bedding was in a word atrocious.Burn holes in the blanket and stained as well. Really small pillows. In addition to ac they have a dehumidifier running for more noise. TV is not even a flat screen. Just overall shabby and outside cigarette buts and trach all over. There is nothing good to say about this place.
