This was not our first stay at this property but it’s always a solid choice. Stayed 1 night this time with our kids. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We missed breakfast as we slept in and lounged in the morning. Room and bathroom were clean and linens were soft. The kids swam in the pool and hot tub and both were clean as well. Pool area was clean and had plenty of seating. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and we’ll for sure stay here again.

I booked an Accessible Room because I have Mobility Issues. When we tried to check in on September 9 the Accessible Room had been given to another person by the night manager for the first 2 days of our stay. We were given another room that was not Handicap Accessible for which we received no compensation except a "Sorry this happened." I had problems with the height of the beds and the lack of accessible features in the bathroom. |On September 11 we were able to transfer to the Accessible Room I had reserved originally. The problem I had with the Accessible Bathroom was the 4" wall to get into the shower and there was no chair in the shower and the shower was not hand held. We were given a chair from the pool area so I could take a shower. With much difficulty I was able to manage to take

September 2025 - Went in person to hotel to book a block of rooms for wedding. A female employee at front desk took our information, including details of having rollaway beds in two of the bedrooms, and took credit card details The staff member, with a distinct European accent, indicated our reservation was compete - all set! There was no confirmation number given.||December 2025 - Checked to find out why wedding guests could not book rooms, only to find no reservation, and hotel was completely booked for a hockey tournament.||Manager noted by phone there was no possible way here could have been a reservation as there was a hockey tournament that had booked all the rooms, and was a yearly event.||Summary - Poorly trained or untrained, staff by manager. Hotel with Bar/ Restaurant attached. We were here as a family and had 2 rooms. One of the rooms was spotless, the other not so much. A large stain on the carpet right outside of the minifridge. A tear and stain on one of the bedspreads. Took both off the beds because it grossed us out. The staff here are very nice in the afternoon and evening. The morning gentleman could use a refresher in customer service 101. Nothing major, just not very friendly or helpful. Breakfast was average as far as hotels go. The breakfast area was clean. The location is ideal, especially with a place to eat attached. The staff there were wonderful. The food was good, we had burgers. Not many options in the area for a full-service hotel, so we were happy with our stay here.

Staff came to my room ... Without my permission didn't clean anything just move my stuff and leave. They should ask to enter my room .... If they aren't cleaning anything what's the point of going to my room everyday and moving stuff not even safe to stay literally worse service you can get its creepy .....
