Hello Guys , This rv park is under new management and beyond fabulous . The amenities they have are wonderful . Definitely inexpensive and should definitely be checked out . Super quiet area loved it here
I had only planned on staying Thursday and Friday night but found the campground staff so accommodating and the the campground so peaceful, quiet and relaxing I stayed Saturday and Sunday nights as well. Highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a nice quiet, relaxing stay in a natural parklike setting.
Beautiful place with great people! Me and my kids really enjoyed the pool, and appreciated how clean the water was. We also really enjoyed the game room, ping pong was a total hit!!! Looking forward to staying there again soon!
Absolutley love this place. Many trees for shade, great pool and clubhouse during those hot days. Days and nights are quiet and peaceful. We searched the area southwest of Houston for a RV park that was to our liking and we stopped looking when we found this spot. We love the outdoors, state park feel, and convenient location between Houston and the coast. 11/05/20 UPDATE!!! Skynet WIFI is up and running wonderfully. Greatest addition to the park. Hot tub fully operational, come out and enjoy.
If I could give zero stars, I truly would. I rented the house located on the property, and the experience was deeply disappointing. Despite paying significantly more than the lot rent charged to trailer tenants, maintenance issues were consistently ignored. The house was in poor condition, and very little—if anything—was ever repaired. After a hurricane, multiple trees fell on the property. I offered to help clean up the damage in exchange for a small rent deduction, which seemed fair given the extensive debris (a job that would likely cost over $10,000 professionally). I was told, “Everyone else is doing it for free—why would I pay you?” Months later, the fallen trees were still untouched. During the winter, the water was repeatedly shut off without warning.
