Country Club Estates

Suggest finding another park - many in the area. Management company doesn't maintain this place. Multiple potholes in the street. Contract clearly states the homeowner does *not* own the land, yet company doesn't trim trees (had to threaten a law suit) nor take care of 'their' property such as repair driveways (see pictures). Rules stating cats are not allowed to roam free are not enforced. Dogs delicate freely in the streets ...After two years we're already saving to move.

My wife and I visited this community as we just got married and are looking for a home. The manager we met with, was really nice, knowledgeable and informative. She listened really well to us about what we were looking for and showed us some different floor plans of units, advised us on neighborhood safety, local schools, and even left us with a recommendation for a great burger place after we met with her! I was pretty impressed with how clean the community was. I absolutely loved how naturey the place was. I felt really comfortable having a family here. This community is high on our list of places to live now, and I couldn’t be happier with the manager. Five stars!!!

Good place to live with a quiet atmosphere and easy to get around with a car. Nice neighbors and kind park manager.

I have lived here for more than 9 years, I don't know how they changed from seniors park to family park, without my knowledge. Massive ant infestation!!! The first time I tried to talk to them about it they said, no one else has ants, feel free to move out when ever you want. I'm not sure how long you can claim new owners as an excuse. The Park ownership changed over 8 years ago. there has been management change several times. The old owners where great, new one not so much. I bought my home and had it delivered to the spot I'm in today. The [park was sold one year after. Hard for me to believe anyone would give the new owners a good review!!!

I have lived here for 3+ years and it is a very nice place to live. Management is very conscientious of our surroundings and returns calls expeditiously. Management also bends over backwards to help us accomplish our needs. I am VERY happy with management and my surroundings.
