Country Cabin Motel

I’ll be honest, I wasn't expecting much more than a place to crash for the night, but this stay ended up being great.

The motel has such an amazing vibe to it! Its like an old cabin and has to be the best motel to stay at during the winters. I stayed one time in the winter and just recently and the lady that works at the front is really kind and treats everyone nicely. I would definitely recommend people to stay here and the rates are amazing!

We stayed here recently for a concert at The Gorge. It is a 15-20 minute drive to the venue depending on traffic. The Jones of Washington Winery is also down the street and a good stopping point if in the area.||||The accommodations are rustic as the title indicates but the pricing is reasonable. The room has a cabin feel with wooden walls and fish decorations. Our bed was not awful but not the best ever. The carpet was very worn however. The bathroom was clean and basic and the a/c worked good. There were crowds of people milling around in front of our room - this wasn't a huge deal but may be annoying for some.||||If you are on a budget the Country Cabin is fine as long as a rustic feel is acceptable. Front desk lady was drunk I think. She had zero things to say to almost anything I asked about food places. She asked me to respect her room and handed me the key which made me feel like I had plans to do bad stuff. There were broke down cars in the parking spots. Don't expect ANYTHING outside of posted office hours.

Stayed here for a Gorge Ampitheater show. For over $100 a room per night during the summer, I would probably recommend somewhere else if you can find one. I was warned from the front desk lady that there would be fleas coming out of the air conditioners, so we didn't use it. It's definitely a motel and not a hotel, and is also a lower income trailer park. It wasn't bad, but there were some people around who gave off weird vibes.
