Customer Reviews
The office person (Sharon) was rude. Their application states no pets but their fee disclosure shows a $20 pet fee. We even have documents for our dog as a support animal, she said it doesn't matter we're denied. We have seen other dogs in the court, Sharon said they don't live there. The area is fantastic but I think they should look into a new office person.
Horrible experiance with both owner and personel at front counter. Way to stingy for acceptance. I would never recomend trying to live there as well as maintance seems scetchy.
Lot rent is a little high for what's included, but it's a nice mobile home park. They have a retirement community and a family community!!
Friendly place. Many wonderful people live there.
