Cotton Valley Motel

Great staff, good size rooms with fridge and microwave. If you have pets it's a $50 deposit, not too bad considering they want to be sure you keep everything clean and nothing gets scratched or broken. Once you are ready to check out you get your deposit back. Mamacita's Restaurant is awesome!!! The food is delicious. The Mamacita's Nachos are loaded with goodness. The staff is friendly and professional. The managers are easy to speak with. I absolutely recommend the Cotton Valley Motel to anyone needing to stay on your way somewhere.

PSA: the office is not at the motel. It's at the diner next door. It took us awhile to figure that out. We called the number on the billboard and it was an answering service with no idea where the office was. There's no sign as to where it is and the sign on the building by room 101 says office so we knocked on that door. ( empty).we were leaving and I had to pee so we went next door and low and behold it's where the office is. They need to put a sign out saying that. The motel is old, really old and it is like the motels of our youth. We were tired so we stayed. The bed had blood on the sheets so I put my own sheets on and sprayed the thing with Lysol. I would not have stayed if I wasn't so tired. It's not a clean place but it's a place to sleep. wont be back. Too old and dirty to take a

Weird check in but nice people. Maid makes no attempt to clean the rooms or give towels. You have to literally beg for service after a 3 day stay. Other than a ok place

We arrived tired and ready to rest. They gave us a room that wasn’t ready and then left me standing there with my kid and my dog while they tried to find a clean one. Then they had trouble getting me the right key. The rooms were very outdated. Mine was cleaned though. No hair or dust or bugs... the tv did not work and the refrigerator was unplugged. The service at the restaurant was terrible. Nice but extremely slow and inattentive. Food was ok but fairly priced. In a pinch I would return but would not recommend it to anyone just for fun

Sandra the manager is very attentive, reasonable and prompt andThe staff is super friendly. The front desk it's self is located in Mamacitas which is the bar and grill located directly Infront of the motel (the restaurant it's self serves an amazing variety of dishes as well as drinks). The quality and cleanliness of the rooms are more than you would expect considering the reasonably low price you pay. The rooms are spacious and include updated flat screen TV's with a variety of channels, a mini fridge, microwave, heater/ air conditioner, in most cases a couch depending on the size of the room you paid for. The property itself is quiet and reserved, a perfect little get away far from the hustle and bustle of city life. I highly recommend this motel if you're looking for something affordab
