Rooms are nice and the location is good right next door to a good local restaurant and pub. The service was absolutely the best I ever had. The young lady working the front desk did everything possible to make us all feel comfortable. From providing extra towels and ensuring we got coupons for the restaurant next door but it was her glowing smile and warm eyes made us all feel like she really carried. She really went the extra mile for us. Going to be back Thursday. Hope to see her again.

Positive: The rooms were clean, and we loved the oversized tub. It was super nice to have after long days of travel, etc. each night. Negative: The hallways all smelled of pot. Our tub was functional, but would have been nicer to have a white tub instead of the yellow one.

There rooms are newly remodeled, and look fantastic. I rented a Hot Tub Room and it was spacious, lots of pillows and lots of towels. They even allowed for an early check in, at 10:30am for just a small amount of money extra. Which worked out perfectly. Since I needed the room early. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Love this place!

So many issues! If you expect toast and juice for breakfast then you're in luck! We were there for a week and they did put out cereal twice, but milk once. No fruit, muffins, or yogurt. When they put cereal out, one option is instant oatmeal but nothing to put on it like brown sugar or raisins. The shower head leans left or right, but won't stay in the middle. We had ants on the 3rd day. The TV remote only works to turn the TV off, you have to turn it on manually. The back door isn't secured and anyone can walk in. You hear the freeway traffic all night. If you're on the 1st floor, as we were, you'll hear the upstairs guests walking around and when they turn on the shower it sounds like a jet engine in our room. The towels are very small and feel like sandpaper. The place is old and outdat

I just took a shower and had to stand in nearly a foot of water during the entire thing, then had to wait for it to drain when my shower ended. My guest will be off work soon and I will be embarrassed that she will have to experience the same. I do not recommend this place. And the nerve of the manager being so rude when I came to confirm my room, saying, "No smoking and don't damage the room." He said it so rudely to a 55 year old guy. Yet he gave me a room with a damaged tub. The audacity! I plan to speak about this to several popular social media platforms that I'm a part of! Businesses need to realize the potential power of social media.
