As other reviews have said the pictures online DO NOT Match what you'll actually find when you enter a room. I booked this for my wife and I on a personal vacation trip. However I'm actually a travel agent and would have been very disappointed to learn that this place didn't live up to the pictures that were posted online if I had booked client here it would have been disappointing to say the least. Our room / apartment was nice enough but when we entered there were two main things #1 there was an oder in the unit (We fixed this by buying our own candles and burning them for a day or two. That did the trick for the smell. ) #2 I inspected the bed linens and there was hair in the bed and the sheets were stained. Me and my girlfriend Sophia stayed in this apartment in Miami from April 25th to 27th for two nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The place was perfect: our 3rd floor room was very spacious and the balcony with a direct view of the sunset — absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The apartment was well-equipped, and had everything we needed — including a super handy iron we used to freshen up our clothes before attending a wedding.||The shared patio and pool area were also very peaceful, a great spot to unwind. We even got to see several iguanas casually roaming around, which added a fun, tropical touch to our stay. The hotel was great if you can overlook some problems. As is evident in the reviews I have read, the hotel is not to the taste of everyone, because it is in need of renovation and better maintenance. I could give several examples of things that made it feel a little run-down, but for my personal taste these minor irritations were not nearly as important as the positive aspects. We had a room with a sleeping loft which ends up providing a great deal of space, and a high ceiling with two-story-high windows adds to the feeling of spaciousness that you do not normally get in a hotel room. In my opinion this made our room much more enjoyable than a nearby hotel (where my son was staying) that had better maintenance, and was considerably more expensive. This is a family-owned hotel and the owners are very personable and care a lot. They recommended good affordable places to eat nearby and you can tell that they are good people to the core. I was amazed at how good the prices are for a two-bedroom location so close to the ocean in an extremely safe location and neighborhood. The pool is very clean and I love how the rooms have balconies. I felt safe walking around with my children and they loved walking to the beach just a block away. I would stay here again.
