Copper Queen Hotel & Casino

This place is a diamond in the rough. When you accidentally took the loneliest highway and need a place to relax they are friendly and affordable and clean. I got what I paid for and don't regret my accidental turn that brought me to the copper queen. I had my wife and 4 children and no issues. They were fine with us arriving at 1am. The restaurant was very good.

Stayed in the annex motel across the street. Room was clean and had a recliner which is something I rarely see while traveling. My biggest complaint about the room was how loud the wall heater was sounded like a jet engine taking off all night. The other weird thing was the bathroom counter felt like it was heated. As for the pub and food it was pretty small and not well appointed. It had one bar tender who was doing what appeared to be the restaurant and pub and she had trouble keeping up. I had the chicken alfredo and the noodles were like eating rubber.

Positive: The bed and the indoor pool/jacuzzi. Negative: The doors entering the hotel were not hotel keyed for entry, anyone could enter the hotel without a key.

Very clean nice rooms. Even though it is a hotel that wraps around a small casino you would never know it in your room. Very quiet and low key atmosphere. The in house pub has a small menu but a nice variety, and probably one of the best burgers I've ever had.

We stayed there for 2 Days through Valentines Day.Its a Great Place to Relax and Have some Fun to Boot.We Love how Clean the Whole place is and JTs Restaurant is Awesome! Bacon is the Bomb ! Rooms are Great and Clean.The Pub is Cute and Friendly and The Hotel Staff are Helpful and Very Friendly to Talk to about the Town of Ely and Surrounding Area to Explore.They also have Drawings on Saturdays and my Wife and Me Won! We will be Back again and Again 😆
