The owner is very welcoming and the service is thoughtful. The place is quiet and cozy, making you feel right at home. Facilities are well-equipped, and breakfast is included with bread, coffee, and cake. We arrived after sunset and accidentally turned into the next driveway on our first visit. The manager drove over within minutes to check us in personally. Since my dad also works in the art industry, we had a lovely and warm conversation with the manager, which made our stay even more enjoyable. They also have lemon trees in the yard, which was such a nice touch! Highly recommend!

Positive: Great location, friendly, caring staff who were concerned about our well-being and our stay. Negative: Poor quality of nasal and toilet tissues. Weak.

If you are looking for a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of Monterey and Carmel this is the place. This was our second stay. It's always clean and extremely quiet. We rarely see anyone else on the property. Parking is plentiful. The property is walking distance to pretty much everything in town. We will definitely be back.

The place is very quiet, well furnished and clean. The bed is very comfortable. It is professionally managed by a wonderful staff. The internet works very well. A perfect place to stay away from home.|Kala, the innkeeper, was extremely helpful in forwarding my medication I forgot in the room. I don't now what I would have done without her professional help.

Absolutely loved our stay here in the room with the king size bed. It's proximity to the main town made going out for food or wine quite easy. The bed was incredible comfortable and the pool was lovely! My only wish was having a microwave of our own room since the lobby closed at 7 pm. :)
