Disgusting!!!! They need a new cleaning crew. There was dirt all over the table lamp. Where you plug things in and turn on the light. The mini fridge was gross and not very cold. The bathtub had mold around it. There were bugs. We had a roach in our room. I wish I would’ve taken more pictures.

This hotel is an absolute joke!! I booked my stay for spring break 1week in advance. I arrive Friday March 17th and got my room key. The beds were unmade and the room was completely dirty. Dirt all over the floors, stains all over the sheets, toilet had poop on the seat. I went to the front desk and asked if they could clean it and was told “house keeping only comes in the morning”. I went back to my room and went to turn ac on because the room was hotter then summer time and the ac was broken. I went back to the front desk and demanded a refund my two night stay and was denied due to their cancellation policy. She said I would’ve had to cancel my stay on Expedia 24hrs before the night of the reservation. The two nights I stayed they never had continental breakfast, not even coffee. I paid

I always check the room when I stay at new places and this “super8” hotel is disgusting. When you walk in the first thing you smell is mold. I started looking around and there was mold on and under the beds, on the walls, and inside the refrigerator. There is another comment about bed bugs and roaches, I can confirm they is both. The pillows smelled like dirty hair and there was a stain that was traveling down the side of the bed (kind of looked like throw up). The bathroom was not better. The white towels had brown stains on them. There was also hair in the drain, I don’t recommend anyone stays here it is not safe and definitely not clean. I added some of the pictures I took. The biggest thing was the bed bugs and mold problems.

Was totally surprised. Nothing like the reviews I read. I was very satisfied with my room and the facility. Bed was comfortable, bedding fresh and clean daily. Restroom cleaned daily and fresh towels. Floor was clean. Microwave and tall Refrigerator clean. Most of all the staff is superb and their service is impeccable, very professional. I absolutely recommend this place and will be back next year.

do not stay here. walked in and instantly felt fatigue from the mold. you walk in and it just hits you straight in the face. was leaving. and usually i take all the bedding off the bed beforehand and i took the pillow case off the pillow and it’s filled with mold. i don’t know about yall but that is just straight up gross. it’s nice if you wanna get sick with how much mold there is here. you walk in your room and it smells like someone had just a whole pack in your room. so just be careful when booking here. and read the reviews. we didn’t see the reviews until we had already booked and you can’t cancel. so MAKE SURE AND READ THE REVIEWS THEY AINT LYING. don’t try and give them the benefit of the doubt they don’t need it.
