This was our second time here. We loved it both visits. Reasonable price rooms. Old 1930's hotel charm, great food from the cafe with live music on weekends and a Speak Easy bar. It was Valentine's weekend, they had a heart on the bed, champagne on ice and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us and dinner reservations set at the cafe. Again, we loved it and will be back. Thank you for another a great weekend!

The staff went above and beyond to serve our families stay. Clean and well kept. They met all of our needs during our stay.

Love this Hotel! We were able to Kayak 10 miles on the Buffalo River; beautiful scenery! This hotel has plenty of amazing character as well. It’s also close to the Natchez Trace and there are plenty of wineries within a 30 to 40 minute drive. We visited Amber falls winery and Horseshoe bed winery! Both were amazing!

Clean, quiet room with accommodating staff in a historic American family-run hotel but with modern conveniences in a small town. We chose Sarah’s Suite for three nights in mid August. It was like staying at your well-to-do uncle’s house. The rooms were very clean. The bed was great quality. The room service was well done. The staff (on site we mostly dealt with a courteous young man) was accommodating to our needs. We arrived in the night and he was there to open the door and welcome us. We were given our room with no delay. They extended our departure time so we would have time to visit church and have a meal before leaving. Everything was comfortable and homey. Some reviewers question the “hot water” but we quickly found out that in an older historical home you just need to let it warm u

This is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are big and well appointed. I highly recommend staying here even if you want a mini vacation overnight, a break from kids or if you need extra space for guests.
