Terrific location, quiet, squeaky clean (although the disinfectant they use smelled terrible), beautifully maintained gas grills, nice dark room with a window that can be opened to get a cross breeze to front door, simple but nice pool. Freshly painted railings and brand new patio furniture on a patio with expansive view of the ocean. My only complaints: 1. the pool opens too late in the day to have a nice wake-up dip, and 2. the beds are horribly hard (fortunately, because so many people had complained about this problem in the reviews, I knew to bring my air mattress, and the super-friendly cleaning staff happily made my bed around it, resulting in my bed being comically taller than the one next to it, LOL)

We loved our stay here. As a family of six it is not always easy to find something both affordable and comfortable, but the one bedroom efficiency was a great place to call home for the week. The motel was clean, very family-friendly, and the location was amazing. The location on the beach made for an easy walk in the mornings and we loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Wildwood for everyday stuff, but only a 10 minute drive to the heart of the boardwalk. Alex, the manager, runs a tight ship in the best way possible.

The motel is dated. The staff is nice. The efficiency room has a small living rm/kithcen are and the bedroom is larger. Old carpets, old appliances. Coffee maker looked like it was a 100 years old. The TV cable connection is very not clear/static. Couldn't really watch much. There is only 1 AC and it's in the bedroom so if you are there with a family and someone wants to go to sleep and shut the door, the living room gets warm. Had to keep the curtains closed because it gets sun all day and it gets hot. The beds were awful. Firm mattress, HARD as a rock. If you are going to get beds for rooms, get medium so everyone could enjoy them. Went to the pool area once, the pool needed cleaning. They ask for a $20 deposit for keys. You do get that back. My husband and I stayed at this motel for our five year anniversary, we had a suite with an ocean front view with a balcony that overlooked the beach. It was absolutely beautiful! We were only a two minute walk from the beach which was an absolute plus. The room itself was very well kept, very clean and very well stocked. The gentleman in the main office (didn't get his name) was very helpful and attentive. There is also a pool and grills that you can use, a huge balcony to hangout at with a view of the beach for those who don't get an ocean front view. I will definitely book this motel again and would recommend to anyone.

Be aware when booking your room here because the description does Not match what you get when you arrive. I booked a room that said it had "a balcony with sea views" and what we got was a ground floor room with no view at all other than a large truck directly in front of our window since the parking is right out front of it. When I questioned the host Alex about this he stated that the balcony just means it's a shared common balcony for anyone to use. I explained I paid for a room with a balcony and ocean view but he said those rooms were all full. My family also experienced Alex being rude and racist towards another family who was staying there. Very disappointed, will not be returning here.
