Comfort Suites Wisconsin Dells Area

Everything was amazing!! Except one thing... the pool and the hot tub are HIGHLY HIGHLY chlorinated, it BLEACHED my sports bra I had on, it was dark blue, and I came out with it PINK same with my husbands shorts. So be warned, and my eyes started hurting while in the hot tub. Otherwise it was amazing! One of the nicest hotels I've ever been in! Very clean, nice people, beautiful pool room and great breakfast!! Would go again

We always stay at this hotel when we are in the area. (Atleast 4 times or more a year.) The Manager David has always been awesome! Very clean rooms and an inviting place. The breakfast is always good. James and the other people that work there are very nice and helpful.

Not a bad place to stay that is pet friendly too! We planned to go to the dells last minute so we knew everything in the dells would be booked and pricey so decided to stay that’s at least 10 to 15 mins out and this place was perfect. Has a big pool with 2 hot tubs and decent rooms that look’s like they updated. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Once we arrived at the exact time of check-in at the place, we had a bad impression about the room we booked - 2 queen beds with hot tub. We weren't comfortable to stay in the dark cold room in winter time. So we asked for help to get a refund with the one facility representative that they had available in the lobby. Lady said we need to deal with that through Booking, while we called Booking that said we need to deal with place for a refund. We got better deal at other hotel with better location and ambience for almost same price. Just a waste of money and time.

All things considered, I wasn’t too impressed with our stay, I had booked 3 rooms which didn’t seem to be taken care of too well. I am also not one who writes reviews often nor complains as mistakes happen. Considering I booked more than 1 room and brought plenty of business, I expected something more. In particular, AC units were not working too well, there was an unforgiving amount of bugs. Stains on our bedding and sheets. Towels had red stains (hoped it wasn’t blood). Shower pressure was almost nonexistent and the tub was slimy and rusted. Thankfully we brought our own pillows as the ones we had provided to us had hair on them and what seemed to be sweat or slobber…. The rooms had a weird grassy ish smell which was off putting as well.
