Comfort Suites Whitsett - Greensboro East

Love this place. The rooms are extremely clean and the staff is fantastic!!! Wendy at the front desk is always helpful and eager to provide exceptional customer service!!! Great morning breakfast is an added bonus! Quiet, peaceful and safe. Wish the washer was available to use but it was broken during my stay. I will definitely be back!!!

The front desk is amazing. I stayed in room 111 and I let the night shift know that the ac wasn't working. I felt like I should have been reimbursed for that room because the ac did not work and I found hair in the sink. I know how things can be airborne so I have no complaints about housekeeping. They're all so kind. Otherwise I love the hotel but would appreciate a refund or a comp room for that stay because we were hot and I had trouble sleeping without ac. Everyone working day shift, front desk, breakfast crew and housekeeping are amazing people. The lady that worked the night shift wasn't that friendly but maybe she was having a bad day so it's no biggie on that. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is deserving of 5 🌟. The beds were comfy. The eggs and bacon were hot and yummy. The coffee was good. The ac/heat worked. However, the hallway reeked of weed, there was only 1 elevator, and the waffle batter looked disgusting, as if it had not been refrigerated properly and had separated. Half of the disabled parking spaces were not near a wheelchair accessible door. The tub had a rust ? stain in it. The chairs at breakfast need refurbished.

Very friendly breakfast staff! A female and male. He also worked the front desk. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. I did not give it 5 stars because the ceiling in the bathroom had areas that were peeling. Breakfast was the standard waffles, bacon, eggs and bagels or toast. Cereal and yogurt was also available.

We have stayed at Comfort Suites Whitsett many times. It has always been a quiet and enjoyable stay. The room we had on this stay was on the 3rd floor. We were surprised at how quiet it was on a Saturday night. The room was very spacious and I appreciated the room darkening curtains. Pillows and bed were comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure and lots of hot water. The breakfast was good, but could be improved. It just seemed to have a few less options than other places we've stayed. The hotel staff were all very nice. We will stay here again.
