Comfort Suites Raleigh Walnut Creek

5* for "clean" Every interaction we had with staff was exceptional. Rooms, common areas, all very clean - but very dated. Everything could use a refresh, however our room did have a new 🚽, but the tub set was old. Shower had great pressure (looking for positives here friends). It was your basic hotel in an industrial-ish neighborhood. Serves it's purpose as a roof and a bed. 👍

Overall very clean and comfortable, exactly what you need at a great price! Most importantly, the room was very neat and tidy, with modern furniture and a great layout. The shower worked perfectly. Wifi was easy to access and fast. It was a busy weekend with many rooms full, but we never noticed any noise during sleeping hours. The staff was very pleasant, too. The location felt safe and gave us easy access to many points across the Raleigh area and surrounding. A couple quibbles - not all the gym equipment was working, and breakfast looked at little underwhelming, but those aren't massively important to us.

Mainly my mom got us this hotel because we love pools and vacations, we thought it would be fun but turns to find out, the pool was closed down by a environment service meaning clearly their pools wasnt clean properly and the hotel never announced that. Second my stepfather went down to get forks and spoons, aka utensils, and this Indian lady (part of staff btw) gave my dad an aggressive or sassy manner, horrible. But tbh the rooms were really good and the view and spot around the hotel was pretty cool, the couch that turns into a bed is really comfy, but sadly, there's stains on the main mattress so be aware to put something on there, and the other beds in the other room are comfy not really my feel of material tho and they serve breakfast here which is actually really cool!

The room was clean and a nice size. Walmart, Target and food places are nearby. Now, be careful at the Walmart nearby. Just a warning. They also served breakfast. I was not able to partake of it. I guess they began serving at 7:00 am or later. I went downstairs a few times, between 6:00 am and 7:00 am and the breakfast setup was not complete. Also, my room window faced the woods where homeless tents were setup.

Absolutely incredible place to stay. The room was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well-maintained, and everything was exactly as advertised. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay.
