Comfort Suites Near City of Industry - Los Angeles

The hotel offers very good value for money. We stayed there for nine nights and used it as a base for all our excursions by car. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day. The carpet could use replacement at some point. The breakfast is especially great, with a different warm option available each day. Because we stayed for so many nights, the hotel kindly offered us—upon request—an upgraded room that was not directly next to the street.

The refrigerator in our room did not get cold at all. I told front desk and they said to change the temperature. I did and it still didn’t get cold. The ice machine downstairs was broken for 2 days. The coffee downstairs was always cold except during breakfast. On Saturday, the breakfast ran out before 930 am and they refused to make more even after multiple complaints from other customers. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. The premises was fairly clean. Room was comfortable and smelled good.

I really liked the location—very convenient to everything I needed. The hotel isn’t very big, but it has everything you need for a decent stay. It’s cozy, yet the room was surprisingly spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean. There was plenty of parking available, and best of all, it was free. Breakfast was decent, offering scrambled eggs, sausage, potato wedges, bagels, English muffins, and freshly brewed coffee. The cleaning crew was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy. One thing I especially appreciated was the security—after 11 pm, entry is only possible with a keycard, and everything was securely locked. The place is very dirty, rundown and has no maintenance. There was no hot water, holes in the sheets, towels smell, lampshades are broken and there’s stains on the furniture. The soda machine was out of order.

The staff here is absolutely amazing, especially Michelle. Our housekeeper for room 202 (I didn't catch her name!), literally RAN to get us extra towels. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The rooms could use an update- some stains on the floor and cracks in the bathroom, but the rooms were very clean and the mattresses were comfortable. Breakfast was good, they even had pumpkin spice waffle mix, along with plain. I would def stay here again.
