Comfort Suites Miami - Kendall

This hotel is located in an easy place to get to the Highway and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The staff is friendly and ready to please. Yes, rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Really nice pool and a breakfast that I looked forward to each morning! Parking lot is safe and clean. It really was a nice stay.

Excellent staff! Friendly and helpful. Location was within walking distance to lots of restaurants and even a grocery store. We stayed here the day before our cruise and it was perfect. We got in well before check-in time and were graciously allowed to store our luggage and use the pool hours before our room was ready. Nice touch

Positive: The staff was as accommodating as possible. I had to reserve our room twice. I didn't want to leave the day we intended. Miami had me hooked. Hotel employee was the main attendant at the desk who took care of the reservation in such a pleasant way. Negative: The setup of the breakfast area was a bit tight. Be prepared to be in line with minimal room from the other people waiting. There was an issue with the waffle maker, but they replaced it.

I ended up in Miami being stuck here from the storm In NJ ,. My Bestie & I was happy to choose this hotel .. My experience at this hotel was excellent The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, and it’s clear that great care is taken to maintain high standards. The staff were fantastic , Natalie front desk amazing great customer service always smiling very helpful…Alexander , Naylee , Betsy from the kitchen had the place clean & food stayed flowing , they all. Made us feel welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The management Gregori aways around making everyone feel welcoming as well …team also deserves recognition for running such a well-organized and guest-focused hotel. I would happily return in the future.

My husband booked a reservation for 3/6-3/7 originally but upon selecting those days it switched to 4/19 but he didn't realize it automatically put in those dates until he confirmed the purchase. This hotel requires you to do at least two days for the dates he originally planned for. I called 3 days straight trying to speak to a manager but he never returned my call. If I cancel the reservation he wouldn't be refunded. So I asked for a courtesy fee waiver. After being given the run around he told the lady at the front desk to tell me that I wasn't being refunded. I said oh yes I am. Poor customer service. Happy he didn't stay here.
